Jacqueline Germain is a Senior Associate at The NBS Group. Prior to her employment at The NBS Group, she was the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Specialist at a community bank based in Oxford, MA. for six years.
Jacqueline has more than 18 years of experience in the banking industry. Her extensive, multi-faceted experience includes managing and performing daily bank deposit and branch operations functions, interpreting and implementing banking regulations, supporting product development and facilitating system enhancements.
She has been recognized as a leader at her previous employers in the delivery of exceptional customer service and understands that operational excellence can positively impact the customers’ experience. Jacqueline’s other areas of expertise include Policy and Procedure writing and implementation, Deposit Growth and Retail Banking Strategies, Residential Lending and Regulatory Compliance. Jacqueline has significant, front-line experience with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, procedures and risk considerations, specifically with Money Services Businesses and other non-bank financial institutions.
Jacqueline’s work with The NBS Group includes regulatory compliance advisory services, internal auditing, operating process flow reviews and improvements, merger integration support and core vendor evaluation projects.
Jacqueline is a member of the Bank Compliance Association of Connecticut (BCAC) and is active with The NBS Group in the Massachusetts Bankers Association and other organizations.
